Discounts apply automatically on the customer menu and tab ring-ups while the window is active.
Ingredient stock
Mark an ingredient out and every recipe using it gets flagged β its menu items show 86'd to customers. The list comes from your imported recipes.
Ingredient costs
Bottle price + size per ingredient powers pour cost, margins and the night cost analysis. "On hand" powers low-bottle alerts. Sizes in oz β quick picks are common bottles.
Recipes
Import recipe JSON from your recipe app β the same format it exports (see RECIPE-SCHEMA.md). Link a recipe to a menu item below, then tap any bar ticket to see the recipe cards (single + batch).
